An Spark assembly in a school hall

Supporting the young people in your school.

Every school is different. That's why we work with schools to create experiences that respond to their students, priorities and community.

What your students take away.

Confidence

Encouraging young people to recognise their potential and think positively about their future.

Aspiration

Creating conversations around careers, purpose, goals and what students can become.

Resilience

Helping students consider how they respond to challenges, setbacks and difficult circumstances.

Positive choices

Encouraging thoughtful decision-making and personal responsibility.

Community

Creating spaces where students can connect, build relationships and feel part of something positive.

Student leadership

Where appropriate, giving young people opportunities to take responsibility and help lead initiatives within their school.

Why schools invite us back.

Relevant external voices

Sometimes a message lands differently when students hear it from someone outside their normal classroom environment.

Flexible programmes

Assembly themes can be shaped around the needs and priorities of your school.

Engaging delivery

Sessions are designed to communicate with young people in a relevant, energetic and accessible way.

Ongoing opportunities

Schools interested in going beyond a one-off assembly can explore Christian Societies and worship experiences where appropriate.

Three ways to partner.

Assembly Programmes

Whole-school or year-group sessions covering relevant motivational and developmental themes.

Christian Society

Weekly or monthly opportunities for students who want to explore and grow in Christian faith.

Quarterly Worship Concerts

Larger Christian gatherings around key moments throughout the year.

Does my school need to be Christian?

No. Schools do not need to be Christian to partner with us.

Our Assembly Programmes can be shaped around themes relevant to the wider school community — careers, confidence, purpose, resilience and positive choices.

Our Christian Societies and Worship Concerts are explicitly Christian programmes, offered where appropriate and agreed with the school.

Let's plan

We'll work with your team to shape the right format — an assembly programme, a student Christian Society or a worship concert.

Spark comes to you

We deliver an engaging experience designed around your students, in your school.

Good to know.

Does our school need to be a faith school?+

No. Spark has a Christian foundation, but our Assembly Programmes are built to serve the wider school community through motivational and developmental topics. We work with state schools, academies, independent schools, faith schools, sixth forms and colleges.

Which programmes are explicitly Christian?+

Christian Societies and Quarterly Worship Concerts are explicitly Christian. Assembly Programmes can be shaped around themes appropriate for your whole school community.

How often do you visit?+

It's up to your school. Some partners book a one-off assembly, others host a Christian Society that meets weekly or monthly, plus concerts across the year.

Who delivers the sessions?+

Our team, alongside student leaders. Everything we do is designed to leave your students more confident and more able to lead in their own school.
